Kai Cenat Denies Grooming Allegations Involving RaKai as Clover Boyz Fallout Escalates

A rapidly escalating dispute involving some of streaming’s biggest young personalities has taken a serious turn after content creator Reggie Travers accused Kai Cenat of grooming fellow streamer RaKai and encouraging inappropriate behavior for online attention.

Reggie, also known online as Lil Rodney Son and GirlHeFunny1, made the accusations during a series of livestreams and videos as his relationship with Cenat and the wider Clover Boyz collective publicly deteriorated.

Among his most serious claims, Reggie alleged that Cenat had encouraged RaKai to participate in inappropriate or sexualized behavior for clout. Reggie also publicly labeled Cenat a pedophile while making additional allegations involving other members of their social circle.

The accusations have not been independently substantiated, and Cenat has strongly denied them.

During a September 30 livestream, Cenat confronted the allegations directly and repeatedly questioned Reggie about what evidence he had to support his claims. Cenat said that if Reggie possessed evidence of criminal behavior, he should provide it to law enforcement rather than continue making accusations online.

Cenat also said he intends to take legal action against Reggie, arguing that the allegations could damage his reputation, career and family.

The dispute follows several days of increasingly personal statements from Reggie about his relationship with Cenat and the Clover Boyz.

Reggie initially said he felt excluded from the group and believed Cenat had sidelined him despite recognizing his potential as a creator. He later shared screenshots of private messages in which he attempted to contact Cenat, including one exchange Reggie characterized as a “cry for help.”

The situation became significantly more serious when Reggie began discussing his own alleged experiences with childhood sexual abuse and subsequently made claims involving RaKai.

Reggie alleged that someone had taken advantage of RaKai when he was younger and accused Cenat of knowing about the situation.

RaKai publicly disputed that account, saying he had never been sexually abused or inappropriately touched while growing up.

The controversy escalated again September 30 when Reggie expanded his accusations against Cenat, including the grooming allegation now circulating widely across social media.

Cenat responded by denying wrongdoing and indicating that he intends to involve both law enforcement and attorneys.

The situation has triggered intense discussion throughout the streaming community, particularly because RaKai is still a minor. Social-media posts have circulated increasingly explicit versions of Reggie’s allegations, but many of those details currently rely entirely on Reggie’s statements rather than independently verified evidence.

As of October 1, no criminal charges or official findings establishing the grooming allegations against Cenat have been reported.

The dispute remains ongoing, with statements and clips from those involved continuing to spread across Twitch, YouTube, Instagram and X.
