YEAH OK GIRL!: TLC’s Chilli Issues Statement Denying MAGA Ties – “I Made a Mistake”

Chilli has responded to the significant backlash that followed reports alleging donations to Donald Trump and organizations aligned with the MAGA movement.

She is now seeking to clearly address the situation and move forward from the controversy.

Taking to Instagram, the 55-year-old singer, born Rozonda Thomas, firmly denied any affiliation with the MAGA movement and indicated that the contributions in question were made in error.

In her statement, she emphasized:

“I WANT TO BE CLEAR: I am not MAGA and do not support any of the many policies that are causing great harm to the American people. I made a mistake too many make: I did not read the fine print. I thought I was supporting causes against human trafficking and for veterans.

Two things I care deeply about as my dad is a veteran and everyone knows I love children. I have learned a valuable lesson and ask for grace as I navigate this.
